Yesterday I was removed from PvP in 5 seconds after immediately entering 5 times in a row, and being removed as such is very common. Its funny cause if I leave PvP matches I can normally get right in over and over again without a problem. If however I complete a match, or just log in, or switch characters, I can reasonably expect to be removed from PvP the first couple of attempts in. The conclusion being, if you are an actual player who plays entire matches you will be removed from PvP upon going in quite often, but if you constantly leave PvP you shouldn't have a problem.
The leaders don't hesitate too long to kick you from loading screen.

I think your conclusion is erroneous.
My experiences with this never happen upon log-in, only after protracted gameplay. I am more inclined to believe that the flags that indicate that you are in a party are not being correctly cleaned out, as the error always responds with a "You are not a member of this party and will be ..."
Kind of narcissistic to think that this specifically targets you, isn't it, rather than seeing it as a potential bug and reporting it as such? Because this frequently happens before the match has even started makes me even more inclined that this isn't a kick from the leaders either.

I don't see how it could be a kick from the leaders. I usually load up pretty much immediately and any group I've ever been in where we were kicking bots it takes forever to get any leader to remove them. That I load in fast and sometimes this even places me into matches that have been in play for awhile with all nodes taken when I haven't even been logged in for a nice period of time is even more confusing.

Yeah - the kick part was in response to kynttila - I don't think it's a kick either. I definitely think it's a bug, and I suspect it has something to do with the semaphores used in triggering party flags. I've also experienced this bug.
The last slot in the party never seems to get filled. They are auto-kicked and replaced, then the next person in the slot is kicked. It repeats over and over. I have seen it for the past few weeks here and there. This observation was based on being kicked and watching 10 people join, kick, and replaced in a group.

...and it's still fascinating.
