Looking for a good PVE guild(Beholder)

I'm a Tactician Tank GF that's having a lot of trouble finding good parties for T2 dungeons, just because I don't bolster my GS with Conqueror Feats. I'd like to find a good and mature guild that goes on T2 and CN runs.
