Bug/Exploit/Cheat - Cannot be knocked down from mount

Ran into a GWF player in pvp that could not be knocked down from his mount no matter how many hits he took.

Hit him with a full barrage from Cloud of Steel, 12 hits. Nothing, just kept on riding. Just smiled when called out on it.

    shouting "player X did something i couldn't counter, he must be exploiting!" doesn't inspire a lot of credibility, who was this mystery player? what zone was it? what mount did they use? what server were they on?

    1, as per ROC no naming and shaming. Not allowed to say who it was, he's already been reported.
    2. Was in PvP Domination map.
    3. Mount doesn't matter, rank1 takes 3 hits in 5 seconds to dismount, rank3 takes 5 hits. Cloud of Steel throws out all 12 hits within 5 seconds (just retimed it to make doubly sure), enough to dismount any rank mount.
    4. Dragon server.
