is Tactical Superiority is working?

Hello Guys,

im a new Guardian Fighter. im using my Combat Superiority Class Feature and its working fine. when i attack my enemy i can see my Combat Superiority debuff on him. but when i get the Tactical Superiority Feat i dont see that debuff anymore. is it still working?

    i believe after u maxed tactical superiority, u will get a permanent 15% damage buff as long as u slot combat superiority as now u don't need to be hit first by the enemy.but maybe i am wrong....
