Can't log in game

Patched this morning nearly 10 hours ago.
There is nothing to patch. On demand patching enabled/disabled doesn't change anything.

What is going on?

I noticed map errors while mapping to towns such as the Tower District and Prot Enclave. After retrying to travel it finally worked though.

Can you let me play, double AD!!!!!!

    I did a force verify but everything was ok. Then launched using safe mode. I'm able to load my character and I am back in the game.

    I'm having the same issue.

    Now the game will launch to Character select, then has a fatal error: read wrong number of bytes:13

    Technical details: animation_library/sto_male/contact_dialogue/contact_baseidle_2.atrk13

    Is anyone else having this issue?
