Entire Party 2 shot inc plate class lvl 60 normal foundry mob

What is going on my entire party was 2 shot by 1 mob in foundry by normal mob that has never happened before?
We are all lvl 60 one was gwf in plate in purples?
what was really odd i was running impossible to catch a was still black at the time i got 2 shot something is not right here?.
