AD dissappearing

I don't know if it is a known issue. I had about 86k AD. And when I came to refine some more I had about 65k. i didn't use zen to buy them so I am not too fussed. Just annoying when you are trying to save up for stuff. I am not asking to get the AD back just some assurance that it won't happen in the future.
