Daring Shout

Rank 1: Release a mighty challenge that Marks, nearby enemies for a short period, building your Determination for every target hit, and increasing your Damage Resistance based on how powerful the targets are. Marked foes have reduced Damage Resistance until they attack you.

Rank 2: Determination: +2% Buff: +1s Mark Duration: +1s

Rank 3: Determination: +2% Buff: +1s Mark Duration: +1s
"Marked foes have reduced Damage Resistance until they attack you" Does anyone know by how much the enemy resistance is reduced?

And do other team members benefit from mark or is it just the GWF?

    10% DR reduce and it benefits the whole party, as long as the targets are marked.

    And the marks last until they hit you or for about 8 seconds. I seriously wish they'd remove the first part. ><
