So although I don’t like the PvE section of Gauntlgrym, I am rather taken with the PvP, specifically the central point which is an area surrounded by spike pits that often produces hilarious results. I simply cannot stop cackling when someone ‘gets the point’. The raisable bridges are fun too. Once I raised a drawbridge to kill one enemy coming across, not realizing that ten or so of my allies were about to go across from my side (always check the mini-map!). I ended up wiping out half my team! Then there was the time I came up behind an enemy working the drawbridge and bashed him into the spikes, a second too late to stop his dastardly plan. The drawbridge collapsed, and my ally in the middle of the bridge performed a spectacular Indiana Jones leap to just about make it.
Where am I going with this? I think the devs should consider Castle Sieges for the future of course, or maybe Guild Hall sieges. City of Heroes, Lineage 2, Guild Wars – sieges are as timeless as they are popular if designed right.

yeah they should have castle sieges and you can use the catapults from the leadership craft to help siege and more of capture the flag instead of circle dumbness I mean gauntlegrym
Yes! Castle sieges are so much fun! Hopefully, sieging and capturing the castle brings a reward too, making guilds plan and organize alliances and strategies to win them. That makes it even more fun. To capture a castle and have nothing result from it will get old, though.

I support this.
Naturally. This is something they could think about several months down the line.
