Website bug??? Or hacking attempt???

Having a little problem with the website. I cannot log in to the forums. Keeps telling me that I have failed to login too many times and my IP will be banned for 10 minutes. Yet I am posting this within Arc. I can log in to the game just fine (thru Arc). Any ideas?

PS almost forgot... this happened the first time over 30 minutes ago. I wait 15-20 minutes and still no go.

    Try emptying your cookies and browser cache, close browser, then re-open and try again.
