I am looking for some more way to Bring in additional AOE DPS in A PVE/Dungeon environment. I am including my Skills and profile specs to see If I have missed anything I can afford to switch out.

GWF
Daily; Slam / Crescendo
Encounters: Not so Fast, Indomitable Strike, Come and Get It
At will: WMS, and WS
Instigator Build
19 Con for 9% apen reduction the rest comes from Apen to put me at 22.9%
Full AoW set

What I would like to do is drop recovery or maybe crit strike down a little bit more ( about 1000) to bring power up that much. I was planning to drop recovery due to the bonus of the 4 piece aow set. ( i know it's hard to keep up) The short comming of our class and it maximum of targets you can hit at once are for sure a bottle neck but, i figured i'd give it a shot and see if there was any area I can improve upon. I would like to keep my encounter skill set the same if possible as I like the flow of things right now.

I assume you're running GPF in your weapon? if you are, try switching to a Greater Lightning (it will definitely give you a boost in AoE dmg). Have you tried running Roar instead of Come and Get it? 1 Roar usually fills up my AP to about 80%, so my Slam is almost always up. I would drop crit/recovery down a bit to get more power and swap out the belt for a blue belt to get an offensive slot. Just my opinion on what I would do.

You could drop Con for Dex and then enchant more Armor Pen, since the Crit from Dex doesn't get DR, while crit from rating does.

So you'd gain a bit of crit with no Armor Pen loss (if you swap to Crit enchants to ArP).
