Crushing Pin Your Control powers cause the target to take 2/4/6/8/10% bonus damage for 3 seconds.
This is the target taking up to 10% bonus damage, so thats 10% of your total damage from normal hits or encounter/daily powers. If you hit for 10k you hit for 11k. Also, all your friends gaini that 10% damage bonus as well, since its the target taking the increased damage.
Battle Trample When Trample The Fallen would cause you to deal more damage, you also gain 5/10/15/20/25% of your weapon damage in Threat and deal 5/10/15/20/25% of your weapon damage as Physical Damage
This gives you up to 25% bonus damage (and threat) of your weapons damage. So if your weapons damage is 600, you do an extra 150 damage. Since this bonus is taken from your weapons damage this number can only change depending on the weapon you wield. ~600 is max, while the previous feat works for all damage sources and types.
At least this is the way I read the Battle Trample feat.

I've tested both and battle trample doesn't proc often enough.
