We have a bug with publishing System again.
Im stuck when Few days with "publishing" and ...at 00h00 PM (London-PARIS) Error of publish..


Why ?

Its impossible to update quest.

Can you fix this ? i dont have any news of developper with this problem in EU forum.

Two threads in Foundry about this.

Any chance we can get the weekly-repeatable "bug" fixed once and for all.

Starting to feel like Foundry and Authors are "red-headed step-children" to be honest.

Common error over the last few days. Yesterday one publish failed after 384 minutes. Republish and now waiting 15h+ ....

Just had one of my quests queued for 631 minutes before it failed.
Plus, the Foundry seems to be acting up a lot lately.
For instance, if I 3D-edit something and then save, log out of the Foundry and back to a normal character, the UI is all messed up, I can't fight and can't pray or anything.
Also, sometimes there seems to be rubberbanding issues in the Foundry now also.
If I place a detail, then move it, it reverts back to the place where I first placed it. This is also true when writing the parameters manually.
If it's X-coordinate starts at 0, and I write 100, the editor immediately resets the letterbox to 0 sometimes.

I tried to re-publish yesterday and as of early this morning, still publishing. Really frustrating...

Even an acknowledgement that you are aware of the problem?

Or is it more of the "treat the customer like a mushroom" school of Customer Service / Liaison?

when I log into foundry, and click on my quest on the left side in the QUEST/CAMPAIGN side, and click my quest, it says: PUBLISH FAILED (at foundry code), but when I click "EDIT" quest, it says: "CURRENTLY PUBLISHING"... and it has been like that for 2 days... So I think: "Hmm lets duplicate this quest and publish it again" so I click "DUPLICATE" and it says something like this: "Invalid Foundry Project Request" and I have to relogin!

NOW THATS A BUG!

I try to contact in facebook/twitter/etc..not answers
but i think the developpers work on the problem for fix , maybe its very complicated

Checked my quest publish earlier and got a "Publish Failed". This was from a quest I was trying to republish from last night.

Here we go again?
