    I see what the issue is, you should have rolled an elf.
    the extra pointyness of the ears adds 15% to GS

    While gearscore means nothing as others have said I think it may be bugged. I am also a CW with Vizier set I was at 9.7k GS I upgraded my shirt from the fancy green to the blue controllers elegant shirt and added a plague fire enchant to my weapon and my gearscore just dropped to 9.3k.

    While I find the OP irritating due to a mix of truculence and cluelessness (see http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?365381-to-those-who-said-oppressor-sucks), I am going to chime in here.

    If you're that concerned about your GS that you want to artificially inflate it at the cost of effective stats, just bloat out your +power with enchants. It does very little for a CW, but it's a really easy way to get a higher gear score. GL and HF :)

    Agreed above. And I'd like to contribute by saying OP is a clueless little brat. How this thread from this failure of an OP managed to elicit sympathy from you guys to actually help is beyond me. I commend you guys. :D

    I am wondering the same thing..

    I am full High Vizier set (just PVP weapon) , purple everything, belt rings and necklace BIS Ancient and I have 10.5k GS :)

    I believe it's about the feats really...

    yup you and satorusenpai is right. i respec awhile ago, and put on 3/3 toughness and Prestidigitation. gave me high amount of GS
