Char 1 Bio---->Applied to 2nd Char--->Then Disappears

Ummm...yeah. So I wrote out a bio for one of my characters yesterday. Somewhat lengthy, but not over the top. Made a 2nd character and wrote a 2 liner. Then I see that my 1st character's bio was applied to the 2nd one. I log out thinking it's some weird bug, but Char 1 bio is still OK.
NOPE
Log into Char 1 - bio is gone, and never appeared for the past 2hrs played. Log into Char 2 and see Char 1 bio on her info. I figure I'll just Control C and try to transfer back to the other one. So I go to the screen -

Go back to the info to snap a shot with my phone so I can just rewrite -

Way to go, Cryptic. While we're at it, the tap-->target thing (IMO) worked fine in STO and CO. Would have been nice to have been able to toggle between that or the current interface, rather than the locked mouse/alt screen is the ONLY way you can free the mouse to check inventory, change options, check map, etc. apart from keys. I'm not gonna lie - the set up does work well when there are multiple targets and you need to move quick. I still would have preferred having an option to have a free moving cursor when out of combat.

Edit - Yeah the latest patch on Mimic has added a save button for your bio , the patch notes can be found here - http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?378222-Patch-Notes-NW-3-20130529g-28
