Gauntlgrym PvP no rewards

So yesterday me and some friends were in Gaunt - starting with PvE. Went through that part fine. PvP session started, our group queued. Queue never popped so we did the catapults and giant. PvP ended - we got zero rewards and the queue popped.

Is there some trick to getting into Gaunt PvP after you are in the PvE?

Dumb that you don't get any rewards (Grym Coins) even though you are helping your faction with catapults and giant. Please fix.

    When our group tried queueing together we could never get into the pvp part but as soon as we solo queued then we got in within a few minutes

    Yeah, don't accept party invite for dungeons at the end. If your queue is borked, there seems to be no way to fix it. Last 2 runs I ended up in short groups (4 or less players) and there was no way to add another player.

    So frustrating to play through entire event and end up with 3-7 coins cause you can't get through dungeon due to farked queue system.:(
