Reinforced Platesmith gloves are all BoP?

I just wasted a pair of perfectly good pair Timeless gloves, because I never realized that the reinforced version were bound. I've checked the other professions, and they are ALL BoE. Why do Platesmiths get the shaft?

    The tooltip of many equipment is wrong. For instance, much of the items purchased with Seals are BoP but tooltips all say BoE.
    This might be the case. Before a recent patch, a sought-after pair of greaves for Clerics were BoP but tooltip stated BoE. You HAD to get these greaves to complete a T1 set through random drop...even though BoE...

    This build is set to go live at 7AM PDT on 7/18/13.

    Reinforced Arm slot crafted items are now all Bind on Pickup as intended. If there are any mailed or in the Auction Hall, they will become bound to the next character who picks them up.
