Missing AD from bidding in AH! plz help

hi, i made some bids in Auction house in gateway, when i click bid, notice said bid success ADs are gone but theres nothing under My Bids list. I log in game to check same thing, ADs gone my bid list empty and and no outbid mails in mailbox. can anyone plz help. Ps: i used the request GM help function in game anyone know how long it takes or how are they going to reach back( mails, PMs, etc)
