Can not Join Phase 3 Dungeons Gauntlgrym

Finished Both parts of phase 1 and 2 but when it all ended my shares were not in my bag and i could not Queue for the Dungeons

    same here, after pvp, carts where u have to put elementals were bugged and after that my scrolls vanished and i wasnt able to enter dungeons. In place of scrolls in the inventory i still had the elementals that i wasnt able to put in the carts before, so i think the game took away the wrong quest items. Wasted a gauntlgrym, fix this please.
