Gauntlgrym - What were they thinking?

So, my experience with Gauntlgrym so far:

Every time I played my team won both the PvE and PvP rounds. Every time I was sent to do a T1 Dungeon afterwards (wtf!). And to add insult to injury, the dungeon chest didn't have any reward for me (I couldn't open it). I don't think that they could've made it even less rewarding if they tried to. Obviously the chest part is a bug they will fix (hopefully), but what about rewarding you for your efforts? Why do they have to send you to the T1 dungeon when you are winning both rounds? What were they thinking?! I don't have any control over what happens in other instances, why the hell would you punish me for their failings? Why can't you reward people for their performance in their own instance? Who thought this was a brilliant idea? People may as well afk in game since their individual performance matters so little on the overall result.

Also, another really frustrating thing about it: queueing takes FOREVER in these. Just now I'm writing this while waiting on the PvP queue. It's been 5 minutes. The same happens with the dungeon afterwards, with a full party.

Edit: Well, after the fourth time winning both rounds, I finally got the T2 dungeon reward. But my party couldn't successfully do it. It seems T1 is better with pug parties anyway.
