Alchemy Stuck at 100xp

Alchemy ranking is bugged, I did the experiments for the basic knowledge, then proceeded with the rank 1 research for 100xp. That completed & gave me 100 xp (filled my xp bar) but did not ding rank 2. it is now stuck at 100xp and no means of increasing it. everything worked fine on my other character. And this was not through the gateway

    You claimed it via the gateway right?

    There are a lot of people stuck in alchemy but no one has made any statements to even acknowledge there is an issue, been stuck on level 3 for a week now.

    Yep I am stuck as well I guess Alchemy is a Dead end
    People have been having this problem for almost a week now
    Alchemy is Dead..........
    Unable to advance any of my Characters at any level it just caps and sticks

    Same problem with the next rank. Did the 300 xp for the craft and received nothing...but it sure took up the mats and time.

    Same issue here on Level 10 > 11
    -Started task in-game
    -Completed/Collected task from gateway
    -Stuck at 100% XP of 7,200

    Same here.... BUMP please patch. Collected via gateway now bugged.

    Hapenning to lots of us, I've been stuck for over 4 weeks and no reply to my ticket either.

    Ooo Just read your edit, I know hundreds of people have hit the problem via the gateway, you are the first person I have seen to have the problem when not using the gateway. Strange.

    Adding my voice. Stuck at level 4 with 900 points that means I ought to be at 5. I sent a bug report that vanished into the ether. Submitted a GM ticket, took them two days to tell me I should bug report it. I saw this thread and the official response from June 28.

    I love this game enough that I'm willing to live with all sorts of bugs, but this is pretty frigging huge and I'm amazed it's been this long since anyone's even given an update to the players. It's not exactly a node stuck in geometry. This is unconscionably bad.
