I looked in the various tips, faqs, and manuals and didn't see anything dealing with ranges.
So, hopefully, here's a topic people can post any specific ranges they've discovered in foundry/game.
Please try to use the format below and I'll try and cut-n-paste them into this first entry.

Known Ranges
- Encounter Awareness: 256' - encounters won't "spawn" or be active unless PC is this close. They will however patrol beyond the 256' spawn range and back.
- *Cave Room Death Plane: Y=-31' - PC/NPC falls/walks below this height is instant death
- Portal Y offsets: ALWAYS relative to Terrain no matter what Relative to setting.
- Audio: Radii are spherical - If it covers too much area you can try raising it above terrain to reduce the area of effect at terrain level.
- Patrol Speed: 7.5fps is the current default (non-modifiable) patrol speed.
*I think the death plane is at different levels for different cave rooms, I have seen it at -81, -61, and -31 depending on the room.

Note that falling damage has no impact (heh) on elites, at least it didn't back when I tested fall damage.
Also, as your chart implies, fall damage death will occur at around 400'. In order to test this you must place the trigger point at 150'-250' above the ground so that the player is always within 250' of the mob(s).
