Is Tempest Magic still bugged for Tieflings?

And if so is it actually a bug or was it intended all along to never work for Tieflings? I mean this has been around for so long and surely can't be that difficult to fix?

    Still bugged as far as i know.

    Really hope they fix as those abilities stacking is the whole reason i picked tiefling. If i had know they didnt i would have picked human.

    I would be happy even if they stacked multiplicatively. Just as long as they stack in some form.
