Gearing at level 60

Hi guys I am trying to gear but I find the sets quite confusing

I just got enough gear to start doing tier 2

so far I have 2 items from the pvp set combined with 2 from the High prophet tier 1 pve

both gives a recovery bonus so thats nice

I recently got beacon of faith gauntles the tier 2 ones
Should I enchant these?

I understand the miracle healer is the best one ? but there were some threats about it being bugged?

so what kind of items should I am to get from tier2 ? and when should I begin to enchant items?

also which enchants in

Utility? I thought the gold one in here because you can always use gold?
offense? the crit one seems to be nice?
Defense? the defense one again seems nice?

Enchants I plan on useing soulforged not sure which weapon enchant

please help
