Can't play without proxy

Hello, I've had this problem where I can't play the game without using the EU-proxy (specifically the eu2-one). This is because whenever I try to go to a dungeon, skrimish, zone or anything that requires the game to load a new map, the loadingscreen shows and after 5 seconds starts counting up to about 20 seconds saying "server not responding" and then requiring me to log back in.

Now you might tell that this is frustrating, and I don't know if there's any bigger difference in ping wheter or not I'm using the proxy but sometimes I connect to the eu1-proxy which doesn't work at all, which means I have to restart the game and hope for the best that I connect to eu2.

I've disabled on-demand patching and I've set it so that I will redirect all connections for eu1 to eu2 and also tried the advanced launcher command but sometimes I still get to eu1.


My concern is still the fact that I need to connect to a proxy to be able to play, which I found strange. Is there any way to fix this? And will there be anything done about the eu1-proxy?
