But kicking the people out would be bad for business. With them around people have more incentive to buy zen to exchange for AD to buy the enchants and resources they are selling.
Never mind the fact that the botfarmers/exploiters are hurting the economy and pissing people off that are trying to sell a few items on the AH. If it hurts short-term profit, it will not be changed.
I had such high hopes for this game, but I am slowly approaching the point where I give up.
Hoping for improvements...

it seems crazy;
1) they say they are unable to stop bots
2) you aren't allowed to mention names in the forums, otherwise you can get banned yourself
3) Customer support is taking weeks to answer tickets
4) Fixes related to this end up penalising the players (leadership nerf)
It just seems that everything in the game in stacked in favour of those willing to exploit, yet the average joe who plays the game within the rules seems to have his hands tied at every turn.
Because they pay . If u pay and up to a certain extent is considered not exploiting and breaking the economy completely, you get to continue playing. My friend exploited. Got a short ban and hes back in the game while afew of us who did not pay , exploited and got a perma ban. Thats the difference my friend.
its so easy to spot exploiters of this. look in ah lvl 5 enchantment. their r like 3 names that sell enormous amounts. they split it in batches of 99 or even few of 10 and 20. just add this up and u get 500 for one person who is selling. and this is going on all past week. it takes 5 min to find this. cant any one in pw or cryptic look at this and do this work????
