Savage Enchantments still bugged, however removed from "known issues"

Just a heads up. This issue was never fixed.

    Yes, I was waiting for this to be fixed but nothing.. Please fix the enchantment!! It is not nice to notice that they give absolutely nothing, after spending all that time to get them!

    And it does not look promising to see that the issue was removed from known issues, should I create new bug reports then?
