The last 3-4 days I played Spellplauge like 7-8 times during Dungeon Delves. that is like 8 hours of gameplay, maybe more. I haven't gotten a single item in the chest that have been worth more than 5k in AH. Why am I playing 1 hour to get a T1 belt? And that's not all. 99% of the time the sucky belt is bound to me so I cant even get my 5k AD because of that.
Same goes for CN. Spending even more time on a Dungeon to get HAMSTER in the end unless you are the lucky one getting the drop on the last boss. So if u play with guildmates u have to run CN 5 times before everyone got their drop. Thats 5x2hrs. Again, not worth it.
Oh yeah I forgot about the new sucky Gauntlgrym that also gives ****. A chest with 7 Grym coins, now I only have to play the stupid dungeon like 10 times to afford one item. I mean, I played it twice now and its boring as hell, so its not worth my time.
Basically what I am saying is that you gain way to little for the time you spend in the dungeons etc.

Same here, for the past few weeks I think I scored one ... ONE good drop from Dungeon Delves. I hate the random loot drop mechanic. And those godforsaken useless crappy belts! So many of them in so many of my DD chests.
I haven't seen a Shadow Weaver item for weeks. It really don't seem like its random. Feels like I don't meet some requirement to get more Shadow Items. Like it the game knows Im X GS and then I don't need more good stuff.

lets say you run Spell plague during DD the chest at the end should drop T2 helm or Ring... thats it. kinda the whole point of running it during DD. i dont want to run a T2 to get t1 loot out of my ****ing chest.
Ive ran Karundax about 15 times and Spellplague about 10 times, all during a DD event. From all the drop and all the chests I didnt get a single t2 item. Not one. All I got was tons of crappy t1 items, worthless belts and rings that are bound to my character. If I count how much gold i spent on potions and injury kits, iam barely making any profit.
I think that is why I just can't bring myself to do any dungeon delving. The loot that is obtained just doesn't seem worth the time and effort...and it just seems boring to do the same old dungeons over and over again...it's "loot grind."
It's why I'm leveling all my toons (5) to 60...getting purple items on them (from glory and AH purchases), then stopping playing until the expansion. I'm hoping the expansion breathes some life back into the game for me.
It's weird because the game just officially launched, but already, it seems dead. Guess I shouldn't have played during beta or something...
Same here... I am tired of spending so much effort for nothing. Running a dungeon when DD is not on is a total loss, because u get no loot at all (unless u are very lucky which I am not ) just seals and during DD i keep running T2s just to get some T1 HAMSTER (usually BoP)... srsly... AH the only way .
On top of the crappy loot chances after you finally defeat the boss, is that they want to make the dungeons take longer. So it increases the chances that a party member may just up and leave causing a fail because you can't replace a member that leaves. Or after spending 2 hours to get to the boss, the party can't pull itself together because it is exhausted from the 2 hours of mindless trash killing. To end on getting crappy t1 loot.
The game is starting to head towards the road of failure.
I have 5 level 60s. My main is a CW. I found every piece of my shadow weaver set except the head, traded two high vizier pieces for that. Logged on today, ran one Spellplague with the guild. Got another shadow weaver cap. Placed on AH undercutting by 20k, sold instantly. Yay 400k in one day... suck it nubs.

^THIS.
If everything dropped for everyone every single time or even every 5 times, there'd be no point in continuing to play now would there? Leveling is quick, so something has to be "slow". We've just all gotten so used to getting things so fast that people are qq'ing it is not as easy anymore. Exploits patched, farming patched and now DD'ing is hard? Huh... Whodathunk.

And they want to make epics BOP? Lol, great idea. Then those with bad luck will not even able to farm HAMSTER for a month to buy it off AH. Clearly, devs seem to have a long term development plan for this game, they just have a short attenetion span.

The issue isn't everything dropping for everyone but that T2 dungeons are dropping T1 gear. The end boss should drop the appropriate level of gear for the difficulty. I have seen this numerous times lately as well where a T2 end boss drops a crappy T1 item. That is broken. Oh, and the DD chest drops an item for your class so that is the whole point of DD. However, if the item is T1 and you are doing T2 it's worthless. It's a huge waste of time to wade through the add-pocalypse of a T2 dungeon for T1 loot...especially if you wasted a DD event on it.
From the wiki:
Dungeon Delve (event)
Starting a delve during the "Dungeon Delves" event unlocks an additional treasure chest for each party member upon successful completion of the dungeon. You don't need to complete it during the event window, you will get the chest as long as you started it during the event window. The chest contains additional matching tier seals (2-5) as well 1 random shard (epic delves only), and 1 random rare or epic item useable by the players class.
Okey so I done another 5 Spellplauge runs and got rings and necklaces (t1).
Thats 13 rounds with HAMSTER items.

I'd rather them lower the drop rate of HAMSTER rings, belts and necks, and give us the ability to get gear for other classes. Then I could use that stalwart helm and make ad toward what I need. As it is now, I need 20 helms that I can get to get the one piece I need. This single direction to get one thing is highly annoying.
What I like about WoW, Rift, Swtor and some other titles is that developers have figured out the ideal time players should spend in a dungeon (not raid) in order to get to the last boss and not feel bored.
It is no more than 45 minutes.
Optimal time for a dungeon is 25-35 minutes.
Trash which requires CC but takes little time to kill.
Many bosses which reward you at least with something be it tokens, enchants, gear or chance at a mount or a companion.
This is rewarding. Cryptic should play other successful games for a change.
