invigorated Healing possible bug.

As tooltip says:
Sun Burst, Bastion of Health, and Astral Shield apply invigorated healing to affected targets. After 6 seconds Invigorated Healing expires and Heals the target for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% of their Max Hit Points.

But when use Bastion of Health its not procs it for me its bug it other got same need post in bugs forum to fix it.

    Bastion has all sorts of problems starting with the 20 second CD. Forgemasters Flame with a shorter CD I use which I found to be muh more effective
