NO reward items after opening unlocked chest at end of Dungeon Delve ???

Just finished an epic Spellplague during a dungeon delve and opened the unlocked and pulsing chest. The problem was that no window appeared showing me the items that I should have gotten.

It's incredibly annoying. I wonder if it's related to the blank windows that some people are experiencing after the recent patch. Anyone else get this problem as well ?

    same as you cant talk to a vendor you cant do missions and you cant do <beep> all well done yet again u did a patch and messed something up agian its like sto from the start yet again do you give new games to the <Language!> ?

    I am SO pissed off right now. DD chest is pulsing, but when I click on it, the screen just freezes and I can't do anything until I press escape. Anyone else have this problem?

    It has something to do with your keyboard local. I had same problem with foundry chat windows and a DD run.

    I had to change my local and keyboard setting to us english from Canada english in regional setting under control panel... seems to have worked for chat windows. Have not tried a DD yet though. Goodluck

    Yes, it seems to be the same problem as I mentioned.

    Man, I am so pissed abou this game now. First, I run pirates two times to find the same anchor bug. Then, we shift to Karrundax and finish the dungeon. Guess what? No reward screen. FFS man...

    Same here...finished Temple of the Spider after WEEKS of not being able to finish a DD on pugs and...the CHEST IS BUGGED..I was really pissed to say the least...
