Ivy Mask Achievement?

I logged in today and received the Ivy Mask achievement. I went t the achievements page and found it under "special". There's no tooltip or description. Does anyone know how I got it? The only time I logged in in the past two days was to invoke, so I don't know what I did to get it. I guess it doesn't matter, but it would be nice to know so I could either repeat on an alt, or let friends know. :)

    It is from one of the promotions with another site. In particular, it is from Ten Ton Hammer.
