Is it needed to respec your path of leveling feats and powers when you're not level 60 yet?
I keep on thinking i'm going the wrong way with my character but isn't that something to worry about when I reach lv60 and basically will be fighting for better gear?
Right now the gameplay is usually just a story driven one.
After lv60 that will change, so how important is it for me to look at the use of feats and powers at this moment?

probably not until you hit 60. Take some time to read the class forums tho, skim through the builds there. Unless you already know what you will be doing at 60 tho (more PvP or more PvE) tho, I'd wait until then. Also keep in mind that many of the builds are Fotm (Flavor of the month) and often end up changing as Cryptic balances things.

Personally, I won't respec at all, not unless there's a major balance change.
