Broken unstoppable.

So i'm doing pvp, get hit with a daze. Go to pop it. Nothing happens. Its bar is full, it can't get any higher. So I spam it thinking maybe something is interfering with me from doing it, nada. After I revive, I try it again in combat. Nada.
So I return to my character page, to play one of my other toons and the client crashs. Now i'm unable to enter the game because its unable to authenticate. Seperate issue. But i can't so much as play a broken class, if it remains broken. Now can I?
I'm not deleting the toon, to remake it again. Just so i can get around that bug for a short time. Fix the damned thing. Its a major class issue related to one of their primary skills. It should not be ignored.
