Launcher doesn't do anything

So I'm trying to launch the game and it just sits there (as in Windows is running neverwinter.exe but the launcher doesn't appear). I was wondering if anybody knows the fix for that.
(I contacted support, but it looks like that might be a while so I thought I might as well ask the community
)
P.S. I did check the Launcher Issues sticky, and tried that file it mentions, but still had the same results :P.
