"Nowhere to Hide" Quest?

So I found a quest in Protector's Enclave, and it's called "Nowhere to Hide". I tried searching all over the forums for it, and I never saw it before. It looks half-finished (i.e. Book Piles still foating in mid-air, few enemies, plenty of spelling errors, etc.) and it's not a Foundry Quest. Anyone know of what it is? If so, please help. I don't want to be accused of hacking if it's something I'm not supposed to see yet. Here's a pic of my journal (I already started it, just like any other quest, and didn't think anything of it until I noticed how un-finished it looked.):

Looks like the last rogue class quest. Not sure though, been a while since I did that one.

Nowhere to hide is a rogue only quest, one I actually use quite often to farm for profession mats because of the outrageous amount of nodes in the instance. If you beat the boss at the end, the quest will be complete. I would save it for runestones, the rare item you get is garbage.

This is the final part of the TR class quest. It is complete. Like all of the final class quests, it is fairly short and designed to see if you can pass a gear test to beat a tough fight that requires level 60 gear, probably blue+ quality, to defeat to earn a lame item.

Floating items is a theme associated with the effects of the spellplague.... like entire buildings (moonstone mask) or just individual items (book piles, in this case, but many examples exist in game).

Tht is the last TR quest. The place you need to go to is by the Sage's house.

Yeah, I did notice that he had disappeared. He had been there the entire 3 weeks after I completed the quest... but went poof at some time.

This is the same issue I have - no cloaked man at the spot he's supposed to be :(

I guess we can conclude that he did find somewhere to hide.

No this is after you've climbed into the window... we just want to turn in the quest for the useless reward so we can tick it off!

I am also having this issue. I just completed the quest today but the path leads to a hiding spot with no one in it. My map even shows a <?> that indicates where he should be and that I should be able to speak with him.
