Frost Enchantment

You deal an additional6.9% of weapons damage with every swing and reduce you foes recovery by 0 %.

Um .Did I miss a frost enchantment downgrade or is this a type O. RECOVERY BY 0% ?????????

    I noticed this too. Wondering if it's just a typo in the description or it really does nothing.
