Helm of Knight Captain is broken

I just buy an helm of Knight Captain in AH, and i'm using all of the set, but the helm dont match the set.
The other pieces are ok, the show up 3/4 complete, but not the helmet, its show only 1/4, like a diferent set!
I report to the GM, but no answer.
The item is broken, can someone help me?

Same problems. Please tell us if, how and when you are going to fix this terrible bug. Please, need an answer. Do you see how many posts like this there are in the forum?
Sorry for this reply, but we need to know... acrually we GF are unable to use sets...
