Didn't see this answered. /r or backspace buggy? Way to increase reply duration?

Title says it all.. backspace is buggy or the duration for capturing a reply is very short. Is there a way to make it where backspace will always reply to the last person that sent you a tell, no matter how long ago it was? (similar to every other mmo?)
