Can't create Tickets in-game

Alright, so I've already seen at least one post like this. I have found several bugs in game and can not make tickets for them or contact a GM for support. After looking at the post on here that hasn't even been considered, I thought that I would make a new thread to remind you all this is still a problem.
I really enjoy this game, but you guys need to care a little bit more about your players. I was trying to to submit bugs during Beta, and was unable to due to this issue. That's right, this has been an issue since Beta. I tried a few different things and eventually gave up think that it was a Beta issue that would be fixed. Obviously I was wrong. Now I run across a problem that could possibly hinder my ability to play Epic Dungeons and end-game content and I have no direction to turn for help because no one seems to be worried that they aren't receiving in-game tickets. Not trying to be an *** guys, but it is kind of upsetting that I had to get on here to post a ticket, but it is more upsetting that when I get on here to do so I see that other people are having the same problem and that you haven't even given them so much as a " We're aware of this problem and we are working on it.". I really hope that the tech team reads this and is able to help. Thank you for your time and I apologize if I was overly rude.
