Question for GWF

Ok so i made a gwf and was considering whether or not to take the feat "Focused Destroyer." The feat states- Destroyer now has a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to grant a stack when hitting any number of target. What exactly is this stack. I am guessing its the stack of the final destroyer feat.

Could use some info! thanks.
