Cant authenticate with account server

I cant login - it wont authenticate me with the account server.

I've tried all the tips in this thread: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?162831-Launcher-issues-Read-the-first-post-for-solutions/

I've written support and got an answer (and a link) to the above thread.

Still no luck.

I havent changed anything on my com, I just wanna play - and suddenly it wont.

HELP! :(

EDIT: the gateway wont either.

    Happened to me, I wiped Neverwinter (uninstalled) and took out registry entries. Re-Installed. Problem Solved.

    That did help me - the first time :) - thanks for the advice.

    Yesterday and today, thats a different story - im still stuck. I just wiped the game completely, and it still wont authenticate. I cant even download it yet :(

    I know this doesn't help much (if at all)

    Continue to 'Contact Support' sooner or later they might actually listen to you. Maybe give the a voice call.
