Character stuck , can a GM move?

I have a character that is basically stuck since the loading screen only loads for 2-3 secs and then says disconnected from server. I can enter with other characters fine, just not this one. Is it possible to have a GM move this character to PE to see if i can enter the game there?

Id post in technical support but that area seems like a dead zone for posts. Please PM me if this is possible to try. Thanks.
