Ardent and Celestial coins not acruing

For the past few days I have noticed that I am not getting my Ardent or Celestial coins from my prayers. I thought I had read another players bug report about the same issue, but was unable to find it through "search" of the forums.

I put in a ticket, though a 16 day turn around on the tickets seem a bit steep, so I thought this may help the notification process.

I had my celestial coins reset on 2 characters despite logging in and invoking in the allotted time. I described my problem in a ticked on both accounts however after about a month I got a response telling me that celestial coins reset after 30 hours. Clearly my ticket was not read and I got a cookie-cutter response. Much like these posts, and the customer service here, the tickets mean nothing.
