Didn't get ZEN, now what?

So I just ordered ZEN trough PAypal.
This website was transferring the payment, but it cancelled and now my money's been booked off for no zen.
what can i do?

    paypal cancelled? If it is, it should go back to your account (assuming PayPal is holding the money)
    If not, then you need to contact PayPal.

    Check with Paypal. There have been some issues with people purchasing Zen through them recently. (Paypal showing it went through, nothing showing up on PWE's end etc...)

    If Paypal shows the transaction complete, contact Customer Service. (Open a ticket.) It will probably take a bit for you to get a response.

    Also, the money may still be held by your bank or credit card issuer. When a transaction is made with your card, a pre-authorization hold is placed for the amount of the transaction. This hold is usually removed when the transaction is hard posted to your account, or within 24-72 hours depending on your bank or card issuer's policy.
