Celestial coins keep resetting back to 1

As the title says they keep resetting..
I don't even know how many times I log in daily to do my prayer but I've lost celestial coins numerous times.. sometimes when I've stacked them all the way to 6 and I log in to get the 7th and BOOM I get 1..and I logged in way before its been 24 hours.. that has happened 3 times to me.. thats at least 18 lost.. and those are just the ones I've kept track of because I was going to turn in 7 of them for the top item available. I don't understand whats going on but I would liked to be compensated for it. I believe I sent a report in already about the issue. Can the staff please look into whats going on.. this is very frustrating. Thank you for your time.
