I think that you have done a good job creating a beautiful game. There are still some major issues though. I will be boycotting this game for the time being. My reason is thus, you are billing yourselves as a Dungeons and Dragons game. That's cool. Its a great setting with a lot of history. The problem is that you do not offer a Ranger class of any sort. Who makes a DnD game without offering a Ranger class set in Forgotten Realms... seriously? Horrible marketing move. I don't even know what the thought process behind that is. I'll check back in when the new class is offered, and if its not the Ranger, then my boycott will continue. I will be telling everyone I know until then that you guys do not know your <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> from a hole in the ground as far as pleasing loyal fans of the Forgotten Realms setting. I know that I am not the only one, it seems that you are more geared towards marketing towards the WoW crowd, than the DnD crowd.
That brings me to my next point. There isn't any replayable PvE endgame content. This means we spend most of our times waiting for groups, and when we do finally get a group, its usually not a very pleasant social experience. Why play after 60 anymore? The Foundry is great by the way, and could fill this void, except that it does not offer any real usable reward system. Even if you were to offer the Ranger class, I am pretty sure I would be giving up on the game again after having to group with the WoWer's and children you've been marketing to, with no other way to spend the time I'm logged on. Its just not worth it. Good try, I'll check in to see if you have made the game palatable from here on out, but frankly you effed up pretty bad on this one.

Don't quite know why you chose to post this in the general discussion part of the Preview shard's forums.. but oh well.. was nice not knowing you..

Sorry the game doesn't offer the class you want or the social experience you crave. I can see your point on the Ranger class, but I would definitely discourage any kind of bad-mouthing of the game - especially since they do obviously know a lot about the setting. You do know that your desired class is very likely to be coming soon, right? I have also had a very different experience socially. Unless you are in a guild, the social experience is basically dumb luck. Yours has evidently been bad, but mine has been good if not great (and no, I'm not in a guild).
Anyway, see you if/when you return.
P.S.: And yes, you did offer feedback. However, this section is specifically for the Preview shard and the specific patch on it. This thread belongs in the normal section of the forums as it has nothing specifically to do with Preview.
