Exchanging zen for AD

How do you exactully exchange zen for AD..
i saw some exchange vendor inside the big town we all go to for sgt knox and all.
There we're all kinds of exchange rates..but i dont get how to use it.
Couldnt u just make it more simple to make a calculation how much zen is worth how much AD?

    Hit alt, top of the screen, third from left. Zen market.

    You can post offers to buy or sell zen. Exchange rate is player driven.

    Current rates vary from server to server. Players post a willingness to sell AD for zen or vice versa, you choose whether to accept.

    There's no fixed rate, it's whatever players are willing to offer.
