Character Personal History

Not sure if I have missed something, but this is my problem with the game:

Ever since the update on Class Balancing, the personal history that I had typed for my character disappeared. I typed a new one and realised that that history was removed when I next checked. After some testing, I discovered that while logging out a character did not remove the personal history, quitting the game and logging in again did. Is there some way to fix this?

    Yep. Numerous threads on this. None have any PW response that I've seen, however.
