My quests dissapeared...

yesterday when i finished my foundry quest, i've had already 2 quests from sergeant knox but they dissapeared from the quest journal. i tried starting them again but knox had already the ! and not the ?. i tried talking to him and he says:protector's enclave needs ur help and i can only goodbye him... pls some help here...
