Feel free to criticize. I will try to explain my lack of combat skills. I will use a recent quest in Icespire Peak as an example. The quest is The Icy Guardian and the boss is called Rime Hound in the Rime Hound Den.
I tried this quest several times (I think 7) and never survived. At first my strategy was to take out the boss then I switched to taking out adds. I tried to avoid the boss red circles but did not always run from the red cones the tough little wolves used. I tried using a power buff potion. I pulled Lurkur's Assault for the boss and used stealth and Lashing Blade to start. See below for more build details.
The boss brought my HP's down so low I couldn't keep up with potions. My attacks were very slowly reducing the boss HP's.
This is a level 49 quest. I was level 54. I used my cleric companion who died quickly.
First strike is not really good for long duration fights. Generally speaking the cone attack from the adds has a long animation and stuns if it hits so that is probably what's getting you killed.
Because of the long animation of the stun you should be able to kite the adds fairly easy waiting for stealth meter to rebuild and just burn the boss. When you dodge you don't immediately have to jump right back on boss if its not safe because the longer you aren't getting hit the faster your stealth meter builds back up. And get the most out of lurkers/stealth when you jump back in.
It also might be easier to not use a companion because when you are stealthed everything will move to them and cost you uptime on boss and they will use aoes that could possibly hit you.
Personally, I don't use Duellist's Fury in single-player PvE. You just get stuck in the animation too much. Sky Flourish + Cloud of Steel is a much more mobile option. If you feel like you aren't doing enough damage to bosses, you might want to look into putting more points into Armor Penetration and less into power. And if purely offensive encounter abilities aren't working out for you, try some of the more stealth-based ones. Use Bait and Switch to distract adds and bosses enough to build up more Action Points and get more time for Lashing Blade to cooldown. Blitz is useless, if you want more AoE damage use Path of Blade. Or just use Impossible to Catch in its place, so you don't have to worry about those red circles. Dazing Strike is a good ability for small crowd fights, but during boss fights it's not going to help you. But other abilities like Smoke Bomb (for silencing ALL the adds) or Shadow Strike (for instant stealth) are much more useful.
You really shouldn't have any trouble as a rogue for solo content, especially if you're over-leveled for it, so something is wrong. I can only imagine it's your power selection.
A rich rogue nowadays is fit company for any gentleman; and the world, my dear, hath not such a contempt for roguery as you imagine. - John HAMSTER

Its just execution. Your stats look good.
